Once an eBook activation code has been entered, the eBook is non-refundable. If you experience
technical problems downloading or using the eBook, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the
problem. The eBook activation code will be active for 30 days from the date of purchase. To extend
access to the eBook, an extension at $5.95 per month must be purchased separately. The
extension must be purchased prior to the activation code being disabled. Our eBooks are for
personal use only. The eBooks are not printable. Macintoshes are not supported by the eBook
technology.

Purchase an eBook Extension
To purchase a 30 day extension for your eBook, select the Add to Cart button next to the eBook you
would like to extend. The extension must be purchased for an eBook in this order or one you have
purchased previously and the extension must be purchased prior to the activation code being
disabled. Extensions are added to the expiration date of your eBook, not the date of purchase.
To extend the eBook for longer than 30 days, increase the quantity of the extension in your shopping
cart for each additional 30 days you need the eBook (for example, select a quantity of 3 to receive 90
additional days of access to your eBook.)
